Echo Speakers

Echo (1st Generation)

The original Echo device was a tall cylinder that included a speaker and the ability to control compatible smart home devices.

Echo (4th Generation)

The standard Echo speaker features high-quality audio with a newly designed spherical shape. It includes a built-in smart home hub, allowing users to control compatible smart devices seamlessly. It supports multi-room audio, enabling synchronized playback across multiple Echo devices.

Echo Dot (5th Generation)

The Echo Dot is a compact version of the standard Echo, designed for small spaces. Echo Spot (2024 release)

Similar to the Echo Dot, the Echo spot isn't a full globe but instead offers a small video displays atop the audio speaker which includes a clock face, a weather icon, and temperature reading, day abbreviation, month abbreviation, and numeric day on the video display as well as alarm times that have been set. When music is playing you will see the album cover, the artist's name and the title of the song. The video display will also show commands made to Alexa when controlling a compatible smart home device.

Echo Studio

This model is aimed at audiophiles, offering superior sound quality with spatial audio technology and Dolby Atmos support. It is equipped with five speakers and can function as a home theater hub when paired with other Echo devices.

Echo Displays

Echo Show 5 (2nd Generation)

A smart display designed for desks and nightstands, the Echo Show 5 can stream videos, display weather and news, and facilitate video calls. It also features privacy controls, including a microphone/camera off button and a physical camera shutter.
